Karen LOVES to paint portraits and prides herself in getting good likenesses of people. She will paint from photos or with a live model. She also enjoys doing “quick sketches” of people at events such as Art in the Park, North Park Days, or Cattle Sales. These are not cartoons, but realistic drawings of people, either in full color pastels (45 min - 1 hour), or conte crayons and charcoal (about 30 minutes).. Pricing for portraits depends on size, complexity (just the face or full body, hands, etc. and background considerations) and the medium used.
